- Loss of keys will incur a charge of €80.
- Amenities and/or WELCOME items (toilet paper, bath gel, shampoo, etc.) are provided only once, upon your arrival.
- RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED (without any financial refund) if you cause disturbances, host parties, or display inappropriate or annoying behavior towards other guests within the premises of Jardín Las Hayas or Efigenia Playa.
- BARBECUES ARE NOT ALLOWED
- SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED, if you need to smoke, you must do it outside the premises of Jardín Las Hayas and Efigenia Playa. If you smoke outside, please pick up your cigarette butt (FULLY EXTINGUISHED) and place it in a trash bin. IF THE NO-SMOKING RULE IS VIOLATED, AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF €80 WILL BE APPLIED.
- Bicycles or scooters are not allowed inside the accommodations.
- Candles are prohibited inside the accommodations; any incidents caused will be the responsibility of the guest, who will be obligated to pay for the damages. For everyone’s safety, please do not light candles!
- At JARDIN LAS HAYAS, we ONLY accept pets in one of the rural houses suitable for this, please contact us for availability. Remember that if you make use of it, you CANNOT leave the pet unattended under any circumstances!!! Any damage caused, dirtiness or poor conduct will result in an extra charge.
- CLEANING: Towel change after the 3rd day and bed linen once a week. Cleaning once a week includes: sweeping, mopping, and bathroom cleaning. The kitchen is excluded from this cleaning; we ask that you tidy up the kitchen to facilitate the cleaning service’s work.
- If your accommodation is very disorganized with clothes or belongings not stored in drawers or closets, THE PROPERTY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO NOT CARRY OUT THE CLEANING DUE TO THE CLEANING SERVICE’S INABILITY TO MANEUVER.
- If upon leaving your accommodation the kitchen is very dirty, very disorganized, or the rest of the premises are excessively dirty due to MISBEHAVIOR:
- floor with drinks,
- leftover food in the kitchen,
- children’s paint on walls,
- bed linen stained due to neglect,
- towels dirtied due to misuse (towels are exclusively for drying after a shower, NOT for cleaning shoes or other objects),
- ETC.
- AND AN EXTRAORDINARY CLEANING IS NEEDED DUE TO NON-COMPLIANCE OR NEGLECT, AN EXTRA CHARGE OF €60 WILL BE APPLIED.
- We ask that you DO NOT move the furniture and respect the order found upon arrival. If the furniture is not in its original place, it will be checked for damages and you will be charged accordingly. Also, exchanging utensils between different accommodations is not allowed. Loss or misplacement of utensils will result in a charge of €30 for repositioning them + the total cost of each one.
- We kindly request that you inform us upon arrival of any defects you notice so that we can record and rectify them as soon as possible.
- Do not gather guests from multiple accommodations in one, you may go to restaurants, public or suitable areas where you do not disturb other guests.
- Loss or misplacement of the TV or air conditioning remote will result in a charge of €80. If during your stay you find that the batteries in the remotes are depleted, please contact reception for replacement as soon as possible.
- Noise or music is prohibited from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
